Meet the Team

ELizabeth Mullin, LCSW

I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I have also completed specialized coursework in perinatal mental health, grief, and executive functioning skills. My professional background includes work in residential settings, out-of-district placements, and public schools, which has given me a broad perspective on supporting clients across different environments.

In my work, I focus on identifying and building upon each person’s strengths while integrating a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs. I have a strong interest in mindfulness practices, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, often cheering from the sidelines at a sporting event, and taking long walks with my energetic cockapoo, Woods.

Rachel Bellow, LPC

I have worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents and families over my 10 year career including residential treatment, PHP and IOP programs, intensive in-community therapy, school-based counseling in public schools and now in private practice! I have experience helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, stress and trauma.

I draw from integrative approaches to therapy to best suit the needs of the person across from me. Using an eclectic approach to treatment, I use various techniques and interventions to help you towards attaining your goals. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help and am committed to creating a comfortable, non-judgemental and supportive space for you to express yourself freely and at your own pace, while ensuring that you are seen, heard and understood.

On a more personal note, I appreciate spending time in nature, spending time with family and friends, traveling and attending concerts. I also enjoy trying out new restaurants and coffee shops, binge-watching a Bravo reality show and being woken up by my rescue cat, Tas, parkouring at 2:00am.

If you are looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, relatable, and occasionally uses humor in session, I could be a great fit for you!
